Kitchen Installation Build Process

Let’s take a closer look at the four-week build process journey that awaits you once all the materials arrive at your doorstep.

Week 1: Kitchen Demolition

Transformation Begins

In the first week, our skilled team swings into action, initiating the transformation process by demolishing the existing kitchen. With precision and care, we remove old fixtures and prepare the canvas for your new design. 

Next, we install the meticulously crafted cabinets, laying the foundation for your dream space. Once the cabinets are installed, our countertop fabricators visit to template the countertops, ensuring a perfect fit for your kitchen layout.

Week 2: Behind-the-Scenes Planning / Countertop Fabrication

Patience is Key

During the second week, we enter a holding pattern as we eagerly await the installation of your kitchen countertops. While no physical work Onsite, occurs during this time, rest assured that behind the scenes, meticulous planning and coordination are underway to ensure a seamless transition to the next phase of your project. 

If a project requires new flooring then it will be installed in week 2. 

Our team will do offsite precision cutting and quality control during this week.

Week 3: Countertop Installation

Excitement fills the air as we enter the third week of the build cycle. With countertops cut and ready, our team springs into action, installing them with precision and care.  Most countertop projects only take one day to install. 

The following day, our skilled tile craftsmen start the backsplash. This installation will take up to 2 days and we will be meticulously tiling your backsplash and grouting to perfection.

Week 4: Finishing Touches

Finishing Touches

As we approach the final week of the build cycle, anticipation builds as we prepare to install the appliances that will bring your kitchen to life. From the garbage disposal, and dishwasher to the oven, our team handles each installation with precision and attention to detail.

Additionally, we address any touch-ups necessary, ensuring that every aspect of your new space is flawless. From adjusting doors and drawers to conducting paint touch-ups and drywall repairs, we leave no stone unturned in delivering a space that exceeds your expectations.

Payment and Completion

At Cabinets Countertops Flooring, transparency is paramount. We require 100% payment for materials upfront and 50% of the labor costs at the beginning of the project, with the remaining 50% due upon completion. Depending on the size of the project, we may offer percentage completion draws to ensure fairness and transparency throughout the process. 

Our detailed estimates and invoices outline every line item, ensuring that no detail is overlooked. In the event of any changes in scope, rest assured that our team is equipped to handle adjustments seamlessly, ensuring that your project stays on track and on budget.
